BIARD offers a variety of free and low-cost support services for individuals with an acquired brain injury living in the Red Deer area.

1-1 and Family Support.

1-1 Case Management

BIARD will meet you in the community or your place of residence to provide 1-1 support for a variety of concerns such as personal goals, social engagement, housing, finances, and mental health.

Brain Injury Education and Family Support

BIARD understands that brain injury affects the whole family. We can help with teaching survivors and their families about the signs and symptoms of ABIs and how to cope. 

Advocacy

We are dedicated to amplifying the voices of individuals with brain injuries, advocating for their rights and needs at local and provincial levels. We empower those we serve by providing the tools and support necessary to navigate their recovery journey and live fulfilling lives.

Back to Work and Vocational Support

BIARD is committed to creating an inclusive community where individuals of all backgrounds, abilities, and circumstances are welcomed, supported, and empowered. BIARD can help with WCB claims, finding a suitable career, or the process of returning to school.
